Ghostface Killer Knife from Scream

In the movie Scream, the killer "Ghostface" uses a modified Buck 120 hunting knife, which is a common eight-inch knife that is used as the main weapon by the killer. The knife has a big importance in all Scream films because it's the main weapon used by Ghostface.

The knife also features a blood sight beveled into the top of the blade to help break suction when stabbed into flesh and this also makes the blade lighter. The blade has a clip-point blade, typical of Bowie-style knives along with a blade guard.

All knives used in the movie were made of aluminium and the blade was retractible when used for acting performance.

An intersting fact about this particular knife is that it was seen on the film posters of Friday the 13th 4, 7 and 8. Maybe this is why it has been chosen as Ghostface's primary weapon in Scream.
